Trip to the nether without diamonds

In the weekend I had an idea which allowed me to go to the nether without obtaining diamonds or obsidian at all.I had a  pond of water and I put lava in it to create obsidian and then placed water on top of obsidian then put lava in it.I did this till I had a full frame then lit it.

Technology challenge

On the first Tuesday back at school we were challenged by  our teachers to make this with a single piece of paper and scissors.Mrs Gordon showed us a picture of a finished one.Everyone was puzzled at how it was one piece of paper because it looked impossible.

The Holidays

In the holidays I had a friend over to stay the night so I played a prank on my dad by getting my brother to pretend to vomit on the floor.And in the last weekend of the holidays I went to Foxton beach and stayed two nights.

Winning Mineplex The bridges

On Sunday I was playing the bridges on Mineplex a Minecraft multiplayer server.I decided to use my favourite kit the bomber.The bomber gives you one throwing TNT every 30 seconds maximum of two.

In the ten preparation minutes I obtained thirteen iron ingots.

and 4 diamonds

While I was smelting my iron a guy came up to me and gave me 14

iron ingots.

 So I made full Iron 2 diamond swords and a iron pick.(I gave one diamond sword to my teammate.)

Some of yellow (my team) got up to a skybase and used throwing TNT to fortify it.Then one guy accidentally blew up another three diamonds so I grabbed them and kept them in my inventory.Then 6 of my teammates went and annihilated the other two players who were hiding in their skybase.

Bunting Bussness

Recently my class have made some business's.my group is making bunting.This is a finished bunting and its packaging.

Our business is now onto selling the bunting in a stall outside GRi11 at College Street Normal School
We are selling paper bunting for $5 and fabric bunting for $15

The holidays

In the holidays my brother was playing Minecraft PE when I turned on monsters to show my sister a magma cube.My brother then spawned a whole heap of mooshrooms then killed them all for leather and meat

in the end he fought some zombies 2 creepers and a spider.He was on 2 hearts so guess what he ate rotten flesh.Then he was poisoned and had to waste half of his meat to stay alive.He had 13 leather but instead of crafting a leather chest plate and helmet

he made a leather chest plate and boots!

Hello this is Jacob Knight welcome to today's report

today’s show contains some amazing results for the cross country. Sam is it true that you came 5th?

It sure is Jacob.How was your race?

Great I came almost last how was yours?

It was pretty hard and tiring but when I came 5th I was really happy with myself.

Can you explain what happened for you?

I wasn’t to happy I was just happy that I finished,what's happened while you were there on the day before I’d finished?

Not much I just ate my sausage and talked to a few people when they came in from their race.

In GRi11 we have started using QR codes to show where we are on the integration matrix.

Mathex

Today at 11:00 Mr Bell called everyone in my maths class and all year 5 student at stage 7 knowledge to Trial for Mathex.The trial was a test. Mathex is A maths competition.Mr Bell can only take 12 students from year 6 and 12 students from year 5.I do not yet know if I got in or not or not but last year I got in so hopefully I get in.I will tell you if I'm in or not next post. Mathex information

       

New google drive task log

We [GRi11] have started using a new way to keep track of our tasks we have got this week.Our new one [up above] is a google spreadsheat but every one works on it.We are using url shortener to shorten our url's and pasting the short one.Our old one [shown below] is a copy of a google spredsheat but each person works on there own.

Camp Procedure

How to have a secret pillow fight at Green Pastures Camp

       
     

At the end of this you should know how to have a secret pillow 

fight at Green Pastures.

 
              You will need:

              1:Your cabin group wanting to have a secret pillow fight.
              2:A pillow for everyone.
              3:A digital watch with an alarm/A working alarm clock.
         
             Steps:    
             1:Set an alarm for 12:00am/midnight.
             2:Make sure everyone else wakes up when the alarm goes off.
             3:Send someone outside to make sure no one else is up.
             4:Everybody grab your pillow.
             5:Keep the noise levels low and have a awesome pillow fight.
           
             Extra tip:Swing your pillow at your opponents undefended side after they have
             swung their pillow which you should have tried to dodge.
